Starrkeisha "Starr" Miller (She/Her) is a dedicated student affairs professional originally from Chicago, Illinois. Starr earned her Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Vermont and is currently completing her Master's in Adult and Higher Education at the University of Southern Maine, graduating in May 2026.
With an extensive background in student leadership and campus programming, Starr is passionate about the intersection of student agency and institutional change. At Dartmouth, she is most looking forward to supporting student voices and furthering the College's commitment to building a culture of inclusivity and compassion.
