Visibility:2026
VISIBILITY:2026
Visibility is Dartmouth's annual student-led campaign to promote gender equity, self-expression, and community building. Visibility: 2026 is a month-long celebration honoring the legacy, resilience, and visibility of women and gender-expansive communities at Dartmouth. Through storytelling, art, and dialogue, Visibility invites us to reflect on where we've been, recognize the trailblazers who shaped our path, and reimagine what visibility means for the next generation.
Programming includes "Their Stories Will Be Told," a tribute to Dartmouth's first women graduates; "Floetry: The Fluid Verse," an evening of spoken word and creative expression; and "Redefining Alpha," a conversation reimagining strength and leadership. Together, these events highlight the diverse experiences that continue to redefine womanhood, gender, and empowerment on campus. This series invites the Dartmouth community to reflect on how far we've come while acknowledging the ongoing work of ensuring that visibility translates into liberation for people of all gender identities. Join us for Visibility: 2026, as we honor the voices, stories, and visions that make visibility a movement, and not just a moment.
The Goals for This Year's Visibility Are:
- Re-introduce Visibility to Dartmouth
- Honor and Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the first class of women to graduate
- Celebrate all those in the gender sphere
